About Cutter & Holder:
Q.1 – What is the material of Cutter Blade (of most advanced model of Cutter Blade of your company), and How much is expected life cycle in Normal Dressing conditions (CuCr Cap Tip, 150 Kgf Pressure, No. of Spots before one dress- 200 to 300)?
A: There are mainly two types of cutter blade materials:
1.High toughness material, made of high-speed steel, mainly used for pneumatic welding tongs, with a lifespan of about 10000 cycles;
2.High wear resistant material, made of hard alloy, mainly used for servo welding tongs, with a lifespan of about 15000-20000 cycles
Normally 150-200 spots before one dress.
Q.2 – Are the cutter blade and cutter holder customizable to any Shape of Gun and special type Cap Tips?
A: Customized cutting tools (blade and holder) can be made according to the shaped electrode cap or shaped welding tongs
Q.3 – Possible to make Cutter Holders for any brand of Existing Tip Dresser? for replacement purpose. Also please tell Life Cycle of Cutter Holder too.
A: We can customize cutting tools for other mainstream brands of tip dresser in the market,
The life cycle of the holder is about three times that of the blade.
About Tip Dresser
Q.1 – Is tip Dresser available in both 200V & 400V input supply?
A: Yes, can be customized.
Q.2 – What is the RPM of Tip Dresser of both 200V & 400V?
A: RWDB 200V 50hz Dressing speed: 242RPM
RWDB 200V 60hz Dressing speed: 295RPM
RWDB 400V 50hz Dressing speed: 250RPM
RWDB 400V 60hz Dressing speed: 298RPM
RWDC 200V 50hz Dressing speed: 459RPM
RWDC 200V 60hz Dressing speed: 560RPM
RWDC 400V 50hz Dressing speed: 475RPM
RWDC 400V 60hz Dressing speed: 566RPM
Q.3 – If rotation sensor is included in tip dresser, would it detect the rotation direction (Clockwise or anti-clockwise) or just the rotation happening or not?
A: Only detecting whether rotation has occurred, cannot detect the direction of rotation.
Q.4 – Is there any Equipment for Tip Checking after Dressing (Surface & Diameter condition)? Or possibility to some new Product as per need of Indian Market?
A: Surface condition detection components can be added after dressing
About Tip Changer:
Q.1 – What is the Cycle time of Tip Change process in standard working condition of robot?
A: The process of tip changing takes about 20-30 seconds
Q.2 – If Gun is having Small Throat Depth or Small Opening of Tips, as compare to standard ones, Is it possible to customize the Tip Changer gearhead Shapes (according to Gun Design)?
A:RWDB is used for small throat deep welding tongs (throat depth>30mm)
RWDC is used for standard throat depth welding tongs (throat depth>44mm)
Q.3 – Is it possible to mount the Tip Changer in both Vertical & Horizontal orienations?
A: Yes
V-shaped: installed upright;
T-shaped: installed upside down.
Q.4 – Is there any equipment (or possibility to develop) to stop water flow during Tip Removal process?
A: Our tip dresser &changer machine comes standard with a residual water blowing device, but the water and gas units of the workstation also require pumping function.
About Nozzle Cleaner:
Q.1 – Cycle time of Nozzle cleaning with Wire cut & spray system?
A: About 5-10 seconds
